Oneida-Vilas STRs Consumer Survey Discussion

In early 2025, WRA partnered with Jack Greacen of AEG Policy Advisors and Sean Maher of RRC Associates to survey homeowners in Oneida & Vilas Counties (also Door Cty & Lk Geneva) to determine the impact to home values and local economies from the growth of short-term rentals in tourism regions.

Jack and Sean will join us Wed 4/23 from 11a-noon for a virtual discussion of the survey results.  All NWAR/GNMLS Members are welcome to attend to gain valuable insights directly from Northwoods homeowners and the survey team!
