NWAR Membership Benefits
NWAR Members (REALTORS & Affiliates) may vote in NWAR elections and other ballots, serve on the NWAR Board and Committees, attend all NWAR meetings/events/classes at Member pricing (sometimes free), and will receive our monthly e-newsletter and other communications. NWAR Members may also contact Tech Helpline for free PC, smartphone & peripheral technical support.
NWAR has 3 general meetings per year: May/June Golf Outing & Election Dinner, September Installation Dinner, and December Christmas Party. Free Lunch & Learn classes run from October thru May each year, and we host guest speaker events from time to time. We also offer a number of NWAR Family Scholarships each spring that are open to graduating seniors whose parent/guardian is a NWAR Member of 1+ years in good standing.
NWAR Members who earn a new NAR Designation/Certification or complete WRA QuickStart will receive a $100 NWAR Educational Incentive Award, and those who earn the FREE NAR C2EX Endorsement will receive a $50 award.
REALTOR and Affiliate Members who are also Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) Members will receive additional benefits through the state association, and REALTOR Members are also entitled to many benefits through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Affiliate Members are listed on our website (including a logo/link on our homepage banner) and will be listed in our newsletter which includes a front-page Spotlight that we award randomly each month. Affiliates also have opportunities to sponsor REALTOR orientation classes, teach Lunch & Learns and many of the same benefits as REALTOR Members.
