2019 Golf Outing, Election Dinner & RPAC Fundraiser

Calling all NWAR & GNMLS REALTORS, Affiliates and Sponsors! Our annual Golf Outing, Election Dinner & RPAC Fundraiser will be on Thursday June 6th, starting with a team golf scramble at Trout Lake Golf Club in Arbor Vitae.   Dinner will follow just down the street at Coon's Franklin Lodge on the shore of gorgeous Trout Lake.  

Print the registration form above and mail with payment by 5/30 to join us in celebrating the start of another busy summer!  

GOLF SCRAMBLE: Golfers should arrive between 10:30-11:15am so you have time to cast your election ballot, hit a free bucket of balls and be ready to roll by 11:45 for the noon shotgun start. The format is a four-person team scramble, and several teams and individuals will score some nice prizes. Hole sponsorships are available for $100 for which we will place a 18x24" color sign by a tee box and if you'd like, you can sit at your hole to greet golfers.

ELECTION DINNER: Guests may arrive any time after 4:30 to vote, enjoy appetizers and bid on some nice RPAC auction items (please bring a personal checkbook). Please be seated for the Call to Order at 6:00pm so we can do some announcements and recognition before enjoying an Italian buffet dinner including Porchetta, Chicken Marsala, Gizmo Beef Sandwiches and Baked Ziti (see registration form for more info).  To see if you earned a 2019 timely renewal credit you can redeem to save $25 on registration, click here.

RPAC FUNDRAISER AUCTION: We also welcome donations of gift baskets and new/unused items or services for our RPAC Fundraiser Auction. Please note that donations must be made at personal rather than company expense.  Contact RPAC Chair Cheryl Eskridge at cheryleskridge@nnex.net or Matt at the board office to let us know what you would like to donate. We also welcome volunteers to help us gather donations and/or host this busy event!

WINDOWS TABLET DRAWING:  All NWAR Members (REALTOR or Affiliate) may also enter a special drawing for a Microsoft Surface Go tablet/laptop hybrid.  REGISTER HERE by 5/23 for $25 per entry.  A maximum of 100 entries (or fewer) will be sold and you NEED NOT be present at the dinner to win.  Thanks and good luck!
